I hate this app. Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. It is 2-3 days behind what shows with the carrier tracking site. Amazon doesn't work at ALL! You connect Amazon, and a browser window opens to your Amazon orders that keeps flashing/resetting. And even when it did work, It didn't update the tracking at all. To the point where the package never updated to say what the order was, never said when/if it would be delivered, or both.

We’re paying thousands of dollars purchasing items at this place. This sales associate was so rude and stuck up. Quite honestly, someone like him shouldn’t do any customer-facing duties. He at one point had his arms crossed, acting like “hurry up ladies I’m so tired of you!”. No smiles whatsoever. If customers are paying this much money for products at Chanel, they better have top notch service. It wasn’t even like we took enormously large amount of time. The girl in the back helped us couple days ago downstairs when purchasing shoes (amounting maybe €2K?) She was probably the BEST associate we ever had on this trip at all of the high end brand stores (all of the other stores combined). Too bad we didn’t get her today when one of us purchased €5K purse. This is a pretty large some of money with one item. Anyway, make sure you don’t ever go to get help from this jerk!maybe he’s PMS-Ing. 😂

Whilst the waitstaff were polite and spoke good English, Angelina was way understaffed; it took me nearly 10 minutes from getting the attention of a waitress to actually paying the bill. Hot chocolate is the signature drink of this place, likely because of its warmth,...thickness, silkiness and shine. The Mont Blanc was also beautifully made. Unfortunately, both were simply too sweet to be enjoyable. Despite the history behind this cafe as well as its prime location, prices were near exorbitant. The set I ordered (called "Healthy Breakfast") was 23 euro, and consisted of little other than orange juice, muesli yoghurt, a bread roll with jam, a slightly mushy fruit salad (likely using canned fruit), and tea...none of which were particularly impressive. Angelina has a marvelous interior, and not much else. Rather than sit inside, I would just order a hot chocolate for takeout, and continue on with my day.
