My husband and myself visited this hotel for our anniversary during COVID and felt totally safe all staff were wearing masks at all times. Hotel is immaculately clean rooms are cleaned daily as are beds changed,you get a card to collect beach towels every day so you don’t need to pack any for the pool or beach. Food is nice always a good selection you also have a place at the beach you can get snacks/burgers/chips/drinks that also turns in to a fish al la cart restaurant on evenings but you have to book 2 days in advance we booked for for the Italian restaurant near reception it was absolutely amazing the amount of food you get is huge 7 course. Pool bar serves drinks all day and you can also get ice cream and waffles. There is a different show on every night and all the staff are nice not a lot speak English. If you like to go out and about there’s not a lot near by there’s a few shops a 10 minute walk you can get gifts groceries but there’s no bars or restaurants a market on a Sunday under the umbrella things. Die Anreise zum Hotel betrug dank Privattransfer ca. eine Stunde. Sehr netter Empfang beim Einchecken. Das Personal der gesamten Anlage ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob unser Kellner Sinan, Barchef Yusuf, Standboy Tuncay oder Gästebetreuung Aynur, alle lesen einem die Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Die Animation um Miko ist nicht aufdringlich und liefert professionelle Arbeit. Alles in allem super Service. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich. Die Betten und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich. Man merkt das die Hotelleitung alles im Griff hat. Alle sind motiviert und freundlich. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Garten.

Air conditioning is just fabulous, and very much needed. The hotel has everything covered…. Theme nights are fantastic! Constantly cleaning and maintaining the grounds which I found fabulous. The service is wonderful from all members of staff. The main restaurant can get busy but we found if we waited until around 7.45/8pm it was much quieter! Food was outstanding! Lunch served in main restaurant or beach bar. Waffles and crepes served around the pool each day! jacket potatoes most days also! The only negative if British is the lack of English spoken. Stayed for a week with my partner and 6 year old. I will start with the positives first; *clean rooms and grounds well looked after. *food nice but repetitive *easy to get around and beach is on doorstep(shingle beach so pack beach shoes) *3 swimming pools with slides for the kids. *some staff are nice Negatives; *the hotel caters for Germans and ALL of the staff speak German fluently very few staff speak English and if they do its very broken English with the exception of smiley his English is amazing and he's a lovely guy. *All of the entertainment including the kids clubs/activities are ALL in German so our 6 year old missed out on so much, he tried to join in but the language barrier made it difficult he did enjoy dancing to German music at the kids disco.If your looking to…

Go if you have a young family you will have a great time. I am not an ogre and do like children just was not informed there would be so many!!. the complex itself was fine and clean, most staff friendly. Rooms; good size but noisey ie; shouting/crying children doors left to slam all hours. Food; had better (soups were great). Dining room; very noisey and like obstacle course dodging children when carrying hot food and drinks. Grounds and pools; fine and clean. Summary; Excellent for families with plenty for children to do, but nowhere to go to get some peace, so if your a couple or older group think twice if you want to relax.

We stayed for a week. We had trouble with room and changed us straight away Hotel is amazing staff are amazing bit trouble with understanding English but they find someone who does no problems Food amazing drinks and cocktails can't fault Ali n staff in kids club are amazing with kids Night entertainment husband n wife team makes it incredible. And we have booked to go same time nxt year but for 2 weeks amazing family all round hotel. All I'd say if u want a cup of tea bring ur own tea bags as it mainly fruit tea. Can't wait to go bak
