In the last couple of weeks it is not working. The only association with mht in app section of settings is Chrome.

The truth is the email is in HTML format and the "View in Browser" option you click actually runs some code in Outlook that converts the email with all the indiviual graphics, advertisements, code, style sheets, etc into a single "MHT" file using an outdated binary format.
