A white "stye" on the inside of an eyelid is likely a chalazion, which is a blocked oil gland. You can try warm compresses for 10-15 minutes several times a day to help it drain naturally. Avoid squeezing it. If it doesn't improve or becomes painful, consult an eye doctor for possible medical treatment like antibiotics or a minor procedure to drain it.

What is a stye on the eyelid?Styes are swollen glands that form along the edge of the eyelid, close to the lashes. Sometimes, a stye can occur inside or under the eyelid. Styes are the result of a bacterial infection. Although styes are not normally serious, they can be irritating and painful. There are two types of stye, depending on their location.
How do you treat a stye on your eyelid?Your doctor may use a light and a magnifying device to examine your eyelid. In most cases, a stye doesn't require specific treatment, but using warm compresses can hasten the healing. A stye typically goes away on its own. Recurrences are common. For a stye that persists, your doctor may recommend treatments, such as: Antibiotics.
