I've used this a couple of times already before writing this review. The app is not user friendly. The loading time for everything is too slow. Loading the products is too slow, adding products to your cart is slow, when paying, the OTP takes a long time to arrive. There has been no improvement every time I use it. It takes forever to complete an order. The delivery is also not as fast as foodpanda and Grab.

It’s such a hassle to have the order cancelled especially when you paid it online because it would take too long again to have it refunded. Hope they could update their system regularly so we don’t order out of stock items. I chose the pick-up option because i thought it would be faster. It’s still too long. Their customer service is also slow in giving me an update about my order.

• I ordered a laptop from Acer, and store manager personally called to confirm my order within minutes after I placed it on the app. • Found out my laptop was defective after purchase, so I contacted the store manager and he was very responsive and accommodating. They had the unit replaced the same day. • Good thing about SM Malls online is that you can be in direct contact with the store manager for your questions and concerns, and official receipt is issued immediately like regular transactions, so your replacement/refunds can be processed immediately as well. • App could definitely be improved though. • But overall, I had a smooth customer journey and would now prefer purchasing electronics here than in other e-commerce platforms.
