I’d used Slice for many years and it improved nicely, but slowly it degraded over time until it was mostly useless. The hunt for a new tracking app began and I tried a few and narrowed it down to this app Route and one other called Shop which is better suited to a phone than a tablet. This app beat them all out and is almost perfect. I can see the location of my packages on a map, copy the tracking number, mark a package as delivered, and submit feedback easily in app for each shipment individually. Pretty good I thought, but not perfect… yet. The dev seems to be making improvements which is better than an app that turns into abandonware. For this reason I’ll submit my own thoughts on what I feel is missing that could make me love this app more than I once did Slice. What is missing is the ability to add your own tracking information when there are mishaps in shipping and new numbers issued. If and when an image for the item being shipped is not correct it would also be nice to be able to browse for and add the right or a better image. I would love to be able to add notes to shipments as well for future reference and flagging certain shipments as important or even being able to pin them to the top would be great. I appreciate the hard work you’ve already put into this app and wish you continuing success with it. Thanks for reading my input!

Got the prompt to use route during the Christmas season. It was great! It picked up the orders, AND collected the tracking numbers without me having to do anything, it was incredibly hands off and convienent, I could keep track of all my packages at once. Now all it picks up is that I placed an order online, once I get an actual tracking number for the order I have to manually input it in the app for it to track. It's not a deal breaker, I'm still gonna use it but just kinda disappointed

This app is golden. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I order art from around the world. Which meant I was having to find and download each countries local shipping company app - Ukraine, Russia, Spain, and smaller countries which were even harder to find, muchless translate each time an update was posted. THEN, once packages reached USA customs I used to have to them switch the tracking over to USPS and start tracking the rest of the way home using that. So every shipment was 2 separate tracking- one of them normally needing to be switched to English using a cut and paste translate app - so that would be THREE for every ONE package. Well, all that work changed when I found 17TRACK! Now I can input ANY tracking number, from ANY country & it tracks it for me- in English! All the way from starting country, down to delivery! I can also label each number so I know which number goes with which order and I can put notes below the label too with further details. It’s absolutely incredible! I am IN LOVE WITH THIS APP! It has saved countless headaches and issues! I can’t say enough honestly. If you’re like me and you order overseas (often or rarely) ~> do yourself a favor and GET THIS APP TODAY! Trust me! ❤️

The latest version of FEB 2021 is way faster than the older ones. The auto backup feature is great! Everything Seems to work well. But the outside screen with the trackings now has 1 line of text less. It used to have 3 lines. And spacing between trackings seems larger. The lack of the extra 1 line of text is crucial because it’s where the most important details usually are. With the newer interface we now have to go inside the tracking to see the details which some times it’s a waste of time. Additionally a line to separate trackings (like in the past versions) would make it more clear. I guess it’s 1 step forward, 1 step backwards. This App had everything to make it the best for the past 5 years but unfortunately everytime had at least 1 issue. Although it seemed to have sold all those issues in the past, issues solved in the past surface again and again from time to time.

I hate this app. Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. It is 2-3 days behind what shows with the carrier tracking site. Amazon doesn't work at ALL! You connect Amazon, and a browser window opens to your Amazon orders that keeps flashing/resetting. And even when it did work, It didn't update the tracking at all. To the point where the package never updated to say what the order was, never said when/if it would be delivered, or both.

It works but had a ton of ads otherwise it does what it supposed to. I use it as an extra resource for packages i can't find with AfterShip, Route, & Shop applications. So far it's been a good resource. Another thing i really like about it is that all i have to do is enter the tracking number & the software finds the appropriate courier corresponding with that tracking number which is really helpful because most companies want us to tell them the courier to locate tracking info. I do recommend!

I decided to get this to clarify when the tracking information is left with gaps. I happen to live in an area where reading address labels is problematic for the delivery person which creates problems with me getting correct delivery. I also want better information on the package as it travels across the route, no matter what transport used in transit. You would be surprised at how many spots don’t acknowledge the package has passed through, which you need to know to insure your package is in route and not lost or stalled in process. This app makes all services that process packages give them the information ( sometimes faster ) than they give you directly plus it contains a better tracking history. This helps me better follow my packages in the transit process. There’s a slight delay from the tracking information from the individual carrier but I get more information about the delivery process which explains better the delivery process. Certain areas are not as professional along the process which causes lost packages to disappear from the system. I had one package that sat at one site for days because it probably was buried under other packages because of its size and didn’t move for 10 days. The best is getting a message from the carrier that the tracking information is too old to track even though the package is still in transit. Using this enables me to tell them exactly where the item is and to hasten the process along.
