I use this app with my therapist. Easy to use and reliable most of the time. Only had a snag once where both of us were actively connected to the same room at the same time but weren't connected. We called each other, tried again and still didn't work. Had to use another teleconferencing app. It water thirty minutes of costly therapy time. ☹️ On the good side is I think it's HIPPA compliant and allows screen sharing.

My camera worked for a year, and now doesn’t. I’ve tried reinstalling app, changing from phone to iPad (after restarting both), changing settings, and still no luck. It would be nice for my therapist to see me! I wish there was a practice mode like zoom to see if any changes I adjust are working before my next appointment.

The picture quality is good and the audio, it has a smoother sign in than the webpage. However, it looses the video when both parties turn it off to do a workbook or reading and try to talk again in a few minutes. It also looses all audio on the therapist's end if anyone ever tries calling while in session, so there is a lot of interruptions in many sessions and it often needs rebooting during sessions. That is really no good.
