We arrived to the resturant and experience that we has gotten a table right by the elevator entrance. The table was a huge sircle and way to big. We had to shout to eachother, because of the loud entertainment music that was there. I pleased a waitress for a different table. She looked at me like i came from a different planet and said just no and left. At this point we were so upset. I waited and i tried one more time, but this time i went over to a woman who seemed in charge. Her name was Julie and she definitely knew what customers service is, she imminently said "yes, offcourse" and then she gave us the best place by the window and away from the music so we all could sit and talk. Julia was smiling, had eye contact, did not rush, was very calm and professional. We immediately relaxed in her presence. She tok her time with us and met all our needs and showed a real interest in us all. She tok her time to answer questions we had about the food and wine! She regularly came and checked if there was something we needed at all time. Julia's shift had ended but becaouse we had not quiet finished she stayed until we had payed and fufilled her time with us. We felt that because of HER we would come back and we will recommend her at Olivia Star to all of our friends and family! Even though the food was very good maid it was Julias expertise that made the night for us!

Olivia Star Observation Deck is a must visit if you are in trio city of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. We stayed at Sopot and went to visit in the evening. View from the 32nd floor is magnificent and can see the lightings of hel peninsula to Gdańsk and beyond.

After looking at the city views from the viewing point we enjoyed some cocktails. The baileys espresso martini was one of the best cocktails I tried in Gdansk.

Take a trip to the Oliwa Star observation deck. It's on the 32 floor and has various eateries and places to get a drink. The views are quite amazing. We did it through the day, but I think night would be stunning as well! You can go outside along one side of the building but are inside for the rest of the level.
