Tried ordering couple of times. The quality of the products received are not the best. Had ordered cake (made by lulu) and received which was about to expire the next day. Molds started forming on the cake the very next day and had to throw them out. Of possible avoid using the app and purchase items directly. They won't be picking the best quality items for delivery.

App is performant, simple and easy to use. Timely delivery, you can get the delivery in the selected slot, also option to get same day delivery if you order in the first half of the day. Very polite delivery executives who checks & explains clearly the delivered items. Timely refund if any items are not delivered

The app has major issues. In spite of selecting my location on the map for delivery, the app automatically shows another location. After placing an order a day in advance and being charged for it, they never update you that they have conveniently cancelled your order. You get to know about it only if you message them since your items are not delivered even after the selected time slot. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS. IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE.
