Please. Stop. Replacing. My. Feature. Photos. It's really frustrating when Google keeps changing the feature photo I've set for some people, especially when they change it to a completely different person, and then I have to clear out a bunch of wrong photos to find the one I had previously selected. The feature photo shouldn't change unless I specifically update it. I've already submitted this as "feedback." I don't want to submit more screenshots. I just want it fixed, please.

I’m a picture loving individual and that’s an understatement at best! I must own millions of photos! And I’ve probably over the years lost thousands I’ll never get back from having stored them on the hard drives of computers that died and took my photos with them to their graves! Precious memories I’ll never get back! So when my Son hooked me up with the Googles Photo App and walked me through it I’ve found it to be basically THE BEST way of storing and accessing my photos PLUS being able to automatically share ones I want to directly from the app itself! No more of this having to go into my photos and selecting the ones I want to share; then having to drag-n-drop them into another app or my email so I can send them! Also as I understand it, I no longer have the worry issue of “what if my computer crashes or just dies and I lose all my pictures—a-g-a-i-n!” Now with them being stored in Google Photos, I’ll always have them at the ready so I can get to them from any device anytime and anywhere I go! I have to say I’m loving this concept and I’m really enjoying this service! It’s truly unbelievable how much freedom from worrying and stress it has given me. And really; couldn’t We ALL use a little less worry and stress in our days? I know I could and thanks to the Google Photo App one less worry and stressor has been eliminated from my world! THANK YOU GOOGLE PHOTOS! Keep up the Great work!!!

The app works great, when it actually works. Woke up this morning to find that the app deleted every photo I had saved on my phone, & I have to find a way of getting those pictures back. I hope you can actually make the app usable, because my photos, or anyone's photos getting deleted, is absolutely unacceptable. Edit: There's a serious issue w/ this app. Because I submitted my report & suddenly my pictures came back? You guys need to find a way to actually fix the bugs instead of pretending

Crowded, very crowded many tourist (mostly Asian) purchasing luxury items. Most of the brands carried in the store are high end luxury brands with high prices. BEWARE of fake sales and %discounts. I was shocked to find that the sale prices 20%-60% off sale items did not apply to non EU tourists. Sadly we had shopped and purchased some items before we became aware of this rip off of non eu tourists, once we found out we left the store. SO if you are from any country outside the European Union you cannot get the posted sale price, you would pay full price even if it was marked as a % off. The clerk said this would end after the holiday season (when all the tourist go home). Also, keep in mind the "tax refund" is not the full amount that you pay in tax. The vat tax is about 20% and you get about 12% back. You must jump though many hoops to get it back. First, you need to "claim" the tax refund and get the form from the store. Second, you must take the items you purchased and the form to the customs officer in the airport to get validated (remember you must have the items with tags out at the airport), and show the form, AND the items with the sales tags attached (if you packed the items in the luggage you do not get the form validated) and after all this, Third, you must mail the form back to the store, if the store does not receive it NO REFUND. By the way many items do not qualify for the tax refund, brands such as Rolex and LV and others.
