Use a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your foot at your bunion joint. Ensure you have your full weight on the foot to ensure a more accurate measurement. In the first column, find your measured foot length. Once identified, the column to the right will determine your shoe size.

Use a ruler or tape measure on the floor from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. To know your Foot width, measure the flat width across the widest point of your foot (the ball of your foot) by stepping on the ruler or tape measure. In both cases, you must draw a complete outline around your foot.
