    Frequent urination can be cumbersome, there can be varying causes for frequent urination. In Diabetes due to higher sugars, water is not reabsorbed into kidneys, resulting in frequent urination. It is one of the most common symptoms in diabetics along with increased thirst, and increased hunger. Frequent urination can also be seen in urinary tract infections, overactive bladder syndrome, where bladder muscle is irritated resulting in increased need to pass urine. In those on some medicines called as diuretics given in heart disease, also pass urine frequently. Increased fluid intake is also one of the causes.
