Zuma 125 or Honda PCX or Honda ADV? - Adventure Rider
Apr 29, 2016 · The Zuma is only a 125 but has a 4 valve head with variable valve timing so it seems to be comparable to most 150cc scooters. The bodywork on the PCX and ADV will make servicing more expensive or complicated if you do your own. The PCX and ADV have front wheel ABS. The Zuma doesn't have ABS.
Vino -vs- Zuma - Adventure Rider
Aug 7, 2009 · The Zuma has a higher seat height which might put some people off, but the 12" wheels make it more stable. There is a a HUGE selection of aftermarket products available for the Zuma, so you can upgrade the brakes, suspension, and even increase displacement to 206cc. If it were me, I would have started with the Zuma 125 if it were available.
Zuma 125 questions - anyone Big Bore 155cc? | Adventure Rider
Dec 13, 2007 · The Zuma, modded, will need gearing to get the high speeds desired by the OP. Just adding higher final drive gearing will reduce your top speed. Add in all of the mods and you have the power to pull that tall gearing.
Ruckus vs Zuma - Adventure Rider
Oct 28, 2009 · A Zuma can be heavily modded pretty easily, and like you said be capable of 60+ mph. Or you can, if you have the skills swap out the stock Ruckus motor for a 150 cc or 250 cc motor. But it wouldn't it be damn cool if Yamaha introduced a 2 stroke 125 cc Zuma for the North American market?
Shock experts-Zuma 125 Scooter question - Adventure Rider
Oct 1, 2007 · So I got a Yamaha Zuma 125 scooter and the shocks are hard as a rock. I'm looking for an aftermarket shock but online can only find one shock from a guy in Taiwan who says the shock specifically will fit a Zuma 125. His shock looks nice and looks like it would fit the bill, but it's plenty spendy partly because the shipping is so much.
Zuma 125 for light off road - Adventure Rider
Dec 3, 2016 · Zuma 125's are lovely bikes and the fatter tires will be of some help off road but it's really not an off road bike, particularly two up in a national forest. Also keep in mind that many forests require that you have a forestry certified spark arrestor muffler, 'not sure a Zuma would have that either. You'd likely be better off on a small dual ...
2022 Zuma 125 | Page 9 | Adventure Rider
May 18, 2021 · Went for a Zuma land-speed record yesterday, a sunny breezy high-80sF/low-30sC one, and saw mostly 58mi/93km per hour gauged, maybe a 59 for second. 58 was the same max I saw on my first/maiden ride home, almost a year ago, not full-throttling, and I …
2022 Zuma 125 - Adventure Rider
May 18, 2021 · The 2022 Zuma 125 looks pretty cool and going back to its roots. The last (current) model just never really did it for me! I will be parting ways from my 2013 Zuma 125 at some point. Like mentioned above it will likely be an ADV 150 but I will give the new Zuma a look.
Max Speed of a 2009 Yamaha Zuma 50 - Adventure Rider
Jan 23, 2007 · i've been looking into getting a new/used zuma 50 for the past few weeks. from what i've read they top out like 40ish in good conditions, low 30s up a hill or with a headwind. also they seem to be pretty easy to un-restrict
2011 Yamaha Zuma 125 running rich. - Adventure Rider
Aug 27, 2019 · I hope this is the place to find some info. I just bought a used 2011 Yamaha Zuma 125 and already having an issue. It is running crazy rich. Black smoke and burned over 1/2 tank of gas in about 35 miles. It runs good when cold but It spits and sputters when its …
