Jul 24, 2022 · Well, if your annoyed by him you can leave him in deepest, and if u want to fight Grey Prince Zote, then you can always go back and save him, unlike in Greenpath where he dies. I made the mistake of letting him die and now I regret it

But I kind of like the fight a lot, as it employs more positional knowledge with the explosive and flying/jumping zotes. Pure Vessel is kind of a reactive fight that flows well and NKG just requires consistent reacting over a longer duration. But Grey Prince Zote changes more from fight to fight due to those aforementioned enemies spawning in.

Aug 17, 2023 · But I have to say, zote has to be the worst designed boss in the game. I got up to the 5th fight and like, I know I could beat him if I kept trying, in fact I probably can beat all versions since by that point you have to pretty much do it hitless anyway.
